My summer so far is good. I lift weights a lot, and yesterday did lats and biceps plus 4 miles of running. Im gona c if I can run 5 days in a row this week, 3 training. I also read some books. Catching up on some stuff, especially Imperial Hubris. Thats it. Sleep great too, like 9-10 hours usually and hopeful so my muscles can recover fast. My recovery time for muscles went down from a week to like 4-5 days. Most importantly I stopped drinking energy drinks for energy, I just sometimes drink em like once a week or 2-3 times a month as a lifestyle choice. I get all my energy from running now. Energy drinks are bad for you and despite all the fuss that athletes may use them they are a very retarded choice for most type of athletes. Just so full of crappy carbs and olverloaded with caffeine all they do is continuously dehydrate you and give u a bad hang over. Yo! Yo! My x-wing had 5! proton torpedo launchers now yo! now thats pimped of the hook.
